Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct defines the basic requirements of Traco Electronic AG, places on itself and its Subsidiaries, concerning its responsibilities towards stakeholders and the environment. Traco reserves the right to modify these Code of Conduct requirements subject to reasonable Traco compliance program changes.

Dual-Use-Declaration

TRACO POWER products isolated neither fall under ITAR restrictions, nor under the Wassenaar Arrangement on export controls for conventional arms and dual-use goods and technologies.

Embargo Policy

TRACO Electronic AG, as an exporting Swiss company, falls under Swiss law and regulations. TRACOPOWER products shall not be supplied to countries and organisations that are embargoed by Swiss federal export regulations.

CE Declaration

For those Power Supplies which fall under the Low Voltage directive (2014/35/EU) or the EMC directive (2014/30/EU) or ATEX directive (2014/34/EU) or RoHS directive (2011/65/EU) of the European Union TRACO Electronic AG provides a CE Declaration.

New: Declarations of conformity are now available for each individual series. Available to download in the 'Additional Documents' section.

UKCA Declaration

The UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) marking is a new UK product marking that is used for goods being placed on the market in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland). It covers most goods which previously required the CE marking.

REACH Declaration

TRACOPOWER products do not generally fall under the REACH directive.

RoHS Compliance

TRACOPOWER completed successfully in July, 2006 the process of producing all power supply and dc/dc converter fully compliant to the European RoHS Directive (2002/95/EC). Excepted are those products which have been removed from the actual sales program (obsolete products).

The EU RoHS Directive and the China RoHS both denominate identical Substances and MCV’s (Maximum Concentration Values).

The current TRACO POWER RoHS declaration therefore satisfies the EU RoHS Directive as well as the China RoHS Regulation.

Moisture Sensitivity Level

All TRACOPOWER surface mount devices (SMD) are qualified for lead-free reflow solder process under the condition that the product is handled in accordance (J-STD-033B) to its moisture sensitivity level (IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020D.1)
