This Code of Conduct defines the basic requirements of Traco Electronic AG, places on itself and its Subsidiaries, concerning its responsibilities towards stakeholders and the environment. Traco reserves the right to modify these Code of Conduct requirements subject to reasonable Traco compliance program changes.
TRACO POWER products isolated neither fall under ITAR restrictions, nor under the Wassenaar Arrangement on export controls for conventional arms and dual-use goods and technologies.
TRACO Electronic AG, as an exporting Swiss company, falls under Swiss law and regulations. TRACOPOWER products shall not be supplied to countries and organisations that are embargoed by Swiss federal export regulations.
All TRACOPOWER Manufacturing Plants and Subcontractors are selected under the premise that they are ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 certified and fulfil state of the art applicable European Directives and Global Standards for quality control and environmental interference.

For those Power Supplies which fall under the Low Voltage directive (2014/35/EU) or the EMC directive (2014/30/EU) or ATEX directive (2014/34/EU) or RoHS directive (2011/65/EU) of the European Union TRACO Electronic AG provides a CE Declaration.

The UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) marking is a new UK product marking that is used for goods being placed on the market in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland). It covers most goods which previously required the CE marking.

TRACOPOWER completed successfully in July, 2006 the process of producing all power supply and dc/dc converter fully compliant to the European RoHS Directive (2002/95/EC). Excepted are those products which have been removed from the actual sales program (obsolete products).
The EU RoHS Directive and the China RoHS both denominate identical Substances and MCV’s (Maximum Concentration Values).
The current TRACO POWER RoHS declaration therefore satisfies the EU RoHS Directive as well as the China RoHS Regulation.
