New models with additional output voltages for TIB series and new TIB-EX series with ATEX and UL HazLoc certification
The TIB family of next generation DIN rail power supplies covering 80 ~ 480 watts of continuous power feature a high efficiency or 90 ~94% which enables a slim design that can be mounted on either the rear (typical) or side (flat panels) of the power supply. Traco Power now expands this successful product lines with new models and a new series (TIB-EX) with ATEX and UL HazLoc certification.
The TIB (-EX) series is a generation of DIN-rail AC/DC power supplies that combines the most efficient circuit topology with optimized cost/performance ratio for industrial applications. Traco Power now gives the TIB series a huge update by extending the series with new 12 VDC and 48 VDC output voltages. In additional Traco Power has lauched a new series (TIB-EX) with ATEX and UL HazLoc certifications. In the course of this update we also extended the operating temperature range (lower start-up temperature).
This enables a much wider industrial application use in general and also allows the TIB-EX series to be used for applications in hazardous environments. Additionally the TIB-EX series provides an extended 5 year product warranty.
