The TON-15WI series is a generation of high performance 15W dc-dc converters with ultra-wide input voltage range and precisely regulated output voltage. The ultra compact open frame design with industry standard pin-out provides the designer now a 50% smaller, cost efficient alternative to existing 10 to 15W converters in the market. Built-in filters for both input and output minimize the need for external filtering. Further features include remote On/Off, output voltage trimming, over voltage protection and short circuit protection. Typical applications are distributed power systems, instrumentation and industrial electronics, everywhere where space on the PCB is a critical factor.

TRACOPOWER completed successfully in July, 2006 the process of producing all power supply and dc/dc converter fully compliant to the European RoHS Directive (2002/95/EC). Excepted are those products which have been removed from the actual sales program (obsolete products).
The EU RoHS Directive and the China RoHS both denominate identical Substances and MCV’s (Maximum Concentration Values).
The current TRACO POWER RoHS declaration therefore satisfies the EU RoHS Directive as well as the China RoHS Regulation.
All TRACOPOWER surface mount devices (SMD) are qualified for lead-free reflow solder process under the condition that the product is handled in accordance (J-STD-033B) to its moisture sensitivity level (IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020D.1).
We generally do not recommend washing or cleaning electronic components. You should avoid it, if it is not absolutely necessary. Please refer to cleaning guide.
